This year the West Side Irish American Club will celebrate with us at the 11:00 a.m. Mass with our own Fr. Bob Begin as principal celebrant. There will not be a 9:00 a.m. Mass on Sunday, March 17.  After the 11:00 a.m.

Polka Mass....a grand success!

What a great day!  A wonderful crowd came and danced and enjoyed a spectacular meal!  Final numbers are not in yet, but we know that it made a nice profit to support the Parish.

Thank you to all who came and to all the volunteers who made it such a great day!

All are welcome to come in and take advantage of Internet access on your own or to work with our volunteer tutors who are ready to help you if you need it!

Would you like to learn to use the internet.....or do you just need to use a computer?

St. Colman Day 2012

St. Colman Day 2012 on Saturday, November 3, was a glorious celebration of those who built our city and our church.  Fifteen men representing the building trades were chosen to be honored by their fellow members for their exemplary service to their unions and to the community.    Loree Soggs, Executive Secretary of the Cleveland Building and Construction Trades Council, was honored for his service to all trades women and men.  The beautiful Mass was celebrated by Fr. Bob Begin and Fr. Jim O'Donnell.

St. Colman Day was a winner for everyone....but especially for....

....the three winners of our St. Colman Day Raffle!  First Prize went to Sean Coyne, Second Prize to Susan Mathias and Third Prize to the Millwrights and Piledrivers Local 1090, who decided to return their $1000 prize to the Parish.  Thank you Local 1090!

The Mass was beautiful and the honorees representing 15 trade unions were thrilled and their families so very proud.  Fr. Jim O'Donnell's homily was beautiful and so was the Church filled with over 800 people!

St. Colman Day - November 3, 2012 .... and Win $10,000!

We hope you will attend the annual St. Colman Day Celebration on November 3, beginning at 4 p.m. with Mass and Program, this year celebrating the many contributions of labor unions and their members in our community over the past 100 years.  Bishop Anthony Pilla will be the homilist and Fr. Jim O'Donnell will join Fr. Bob Begin to celebrate the Mass.  See more in the St. Colman Day flyer linked on below.

Congratulations to Sr. Rita Mary Harwood

Congratulations to long-time parishioner Sr. Rita Mary Harwood, SND, who celebrates her 50th Jubilee as a member of the Sisters of Notre Dame this year.  Sr. Rita Mary serves as the Secretary for Parish Life and Development for the Diocese of Cleveland.  She ministers to many people all over the Diocese, especially those who are immigrants, those who are imprisoned and those who are usually forgotten or ignored.   We value Sr.
